Job Description
Ensures that gross profit target is met for each job order
Reviews Evaluations and Findings of technicians with Area Supervisor to prepare Estimates and Proposals
Prepares and recommends approval of Estimates, Proposals, Materials Requests and Request for funds for Billable services for sending to customer.
Prepares and recommends approval of Estimates, Proposals, Materials Requests and Request for funds for Warranty services for sending to Service Supervisor/Service Manager.
Prepares and sends Preventive Maintenance Contract Proposals to Customer with units with ending warranty and ending contract.
Prepares and sends Approved Service Proposals to Customers
Ensures the issuance of a Conforme/Purchase Order/Letter of Authority prior to rendering any service
Prepares and submits all documents necessary for the execution of services, including but not limited to Materials Request Form, Request for Funds, Request for Manpower and Request for Vehicle
