Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Supervisor based in the Philippines to join our global partner's team, which provides global warehousing and distribution solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise and lead outbound warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders in accordance with customer requirements.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure warehouse compliance with all regulations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on outbound operations and team performance.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including functions), PowerPoint, and other office software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving order and inventory issues.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse duties, with flexibility for shifts and overtime.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin (optional).
