Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Online Live Coordinator to manage and oversee live online events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical expertise in live streaming platforms, and the ability to collaborate with content creators, moderators, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, coordinate, and execute live online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, and live streams.
-Manage live streaming tools and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, or Facebook Live.
-Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure a smooth broadcast.
-Work closely with presenters, hosts, and speakers to ensure they are prepared and comfortable with the live streaming setup.
-Monitor audience engagement, respond to live chat inquiries, and moderate discussions when needed.
-Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
-Maintain an organized schedule of live events and ensure all necessary resources are in place.

Qualifications:
-18 years old or above
-Highly engaging, enthusiastic, and confident
-Possess a pleasing and professional personality
-Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
-Computer and Google Suits Literate
-Preferable with Experience
-Willing to be assigned to Silang, Cavite
