Field Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
2. Assess customer needs accurately and recommend suitable products.
3. Promote best-selling products and trusted brands to clients.
4. Explain product features and benefits in detail to customers.
5. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight product advantages.
6. Inform customers about special promotions and limited-time offers.
7. Negotiate fair and profitable transactions with customers.
8. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
9. Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure overdue payments.
10. Provide accurate reports on competitor activities, pricing trends, and inventory levels to the Immediate Head.
11. Conduct regular visitations to existing clients and identify potential customers during fieldwork in assigned areas.
12. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Field Sales Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:
- A college degree is preferred, but undergraduates with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Must be residing within the Quezon province and familiar with local routes and directions.
- Proficiency in the local dialect or mother tongue (e.g., Bisaya, Ilocano, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and attend meetings at the head office in Quezon City when required by the Immediate Head.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
