Job Description
* High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or vocational training is a plus)
* Experience operating busbaring machines or CNC machines (1-3 years preferred)
* Familiarity with busbar fabrication, electrical panels, or sheet metal work
* Skills & Competencies:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
* Proficient in machine setup, programming, and operation
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of safety procedures and protocols
* Basic computer skills for operating machine software
* Precision and attention to detail for accurate cuts and bends
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
* CNC machine operation or machining certification
* Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
* Electrical or mechanical certifications
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
* Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
