Job Description
In this role, you'll be assisting the Sr. Project Development Coordinator in accomplishing administrative
duties relative to construction project requirements, such as professionally communicating with clients
and suppliers regularly, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of construction documents, and
assisting with sourcing products and services as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Coordination
○ Prepare agenda of meetings with engineers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
○ Provide minutes of the meetings and disseminate to all relevant parties
○ Attend and assist in facilitation of regular scheduled Site meetings and inspections.
○ Assist in following up accomplishment of next action items according to minutes
○ Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA)
○ Assist in punchlisting for construction site when needed
○ Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
● Document Control
○ Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers’ progress billings before presenting to the owners
○ Assist in facilitating building permits and other requirements
● Product Sourcing
○ Research for potential suppliers, service providers, or consultant services based on site
needs
○ Secure quotations and ensure accuracy of quotations
○ Assist in preparing Purchase Orders when needed
● Contract Management and Documentation
○ Assist in preparation of project admin contracts with clients
○ Facilitate signatures of project admin contracts
● Perform other tasks assigned by the Director for Engineering and the Managing Director
Skills & Experience:
● A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a
related field, with good academic standing
● Possession of or progress toward a relevant certification is a plus.
● At least one (1) year of experience as site engineer or architect in the construction or engineering
industry.
● Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures.
● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
● Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholder
● Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic construction
environment
● Maintain GTGO’s standards and integrity in all project activities

Work arrangements:
● Full-time: 8am to 6pm, Monday-Friday at Tandang Sora office
