Graduate of any 4-year course.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments.
Responsible for creating monthly and daily production plans based on customer forecasts and orders.
Supervising month-end inventory of finished goods and providing accurate data to the accounting team.
Managing the activities of line assistants, box cleaning PIC, FG handlers, and PPC staff.
Ensuring production plans meet customer requirements.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred, with a highly trainable and teachable attitude
