Job Description
1. Filling of time logs correction, overtime, SLVL application of production team, Logistics crew in intranet.
2. Daily submission of all CL/OT/SLVL Forms and attachment to head office’s timekeeper every morning at 10 am and onwards.
3. Recording and submission of attendance and releasing of weekly payment of salaries of project based or on call employees.
4. Monitoring of employment of on-call workers.
5. Assist in on/off boarding of employees.
6. Coordinate employee queries on compensation and benefit matters (such as loan application, sickness, HMO benefits, Regularization, NOPA and End of Contract).
7. Coordinate training request or schedule of the employee and facilitate Plant activities.
8. Monitoring of Plant employees attendance and MEMO’s.
9. Ensure that all Plant employees are in proper uniform, submit report and request to HRD if necessary.
10. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Administrative Function
1. Submit original copy of bills such as Electricity, water, Telephone, Internet etc. to Taytay Office.
2. Facilitate employees request for cash advances either for business transaction or for personal purposes.
3. Collecting of time records of Security Guards every payroll cut-off and submit to Taytay Head Office for reference in payment of agency’s billing.
4. Review fleet card receipts collected by logistics personnel from drivers prior to submission to Head Office for payment references.
5. Ensures proper record-keeping and documentation of various expenses of plant operations.
6. Monitor compliance to all regulations by the Local Government Unit (LGU).
PCF Custodianship Function
1. Custodian of PCF box and log book records.
2. In charge of daily releasing of Petty Cash to employees with approved PCF Voucher.
3. Ensure daily monitoring and recording of expenses and liquidation of advances made from PCF.
4. Prepare replenishment report once or twice a week for replenishment request to Head Office.
5. Ensure that Petty Cash on hand is sufficient for daily needs.
6. Perform daily physical cash count of PCF on hand in front of Plant Head and assigned witness.
