Job Description
* Graduate of BSBA Human Resource, Financial, Accounting or related courses
* With 1-3 years of hospital experiences
* Can work under minimal supervision
* Responsible, punctual and efficient
* Can start immediately
* Open for fresh graduates
Key Roles:
* Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll function
* Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commission, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments
* Process payroll, calculating employee benefits and accurate payments
* Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
* Accountable for ensuring HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the payroll transactions
* Assist on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required
Work location: Santolan, Pasig City
Work schedule: For discussion
Salary range: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
