Social Media Designer

A Social Media Designer for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent content for social media platforms. They design graphics, layouts, and multimedia elements that help capture the attention of the audience and enhance the brand's online presence. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, content creators, and other departments to produce visually appealing content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and posts. Social media designers must ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand's identity and optimized for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.

Job Description:

Create Visual Content
- Design visually engaging content for social media platforms.

Design Strategy Development
- Help develop creative strategies for social media. Use innovative and creative ways to promote the brand.

Monitor Trends
- Keep up with social media trends, visual design trends, and emerging tools to ensure that designs remain fresh.

Create Templates for Repeated Use
- Develop templates for regular posts, promotions, and updates to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Designer.
Proficiency in Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
Proven experience in social media design or graphic design, preferably with a portfolio of past work.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and best practices to ensure that designs remain current and relevant.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and their design requirements, including image dimensions, trends, and audience preferences.
Ensure videos align with the brand's style and message.
