Job Description
• Experience operating busbaring machines or CNC machines (1-3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with busbar fabrication, electrical panels, or sheet metal work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient in machine setup, programming, and operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of safety procedures and protocols
• Basic computer skills for operating machine software
• Precision and attention to detail for accurate cuts and bends
• Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
*CNC machine operation or machining certification
*Safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)
*Electrical or mechanical certifications
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
