We are looking for excellent Sales Associates who are committed to fulfill company sales objectives. This role will handle both inbound and outbound sales which will endorse the company products and make us one of the top providers of construction chemicals and materials throughout the country.

III. About the Candidate

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, and other courses related to the field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales.
Undergone trainings in line with Sales.
Background knowledge on construction chemicals and materials, and still willing to learn.
Proficient in using different website designs and applications for product presentation.
Committed to hit the company’s target quota.

Job Summary
1. Promote the sale of all company products nationwide.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with clientele and prospect customers within the assigned area.
3. Discreet in negotiating company products with the clientele and prospect customers.
4. Understand market competition and industry trends, providing market feedback for products and services.
5. Executes excellent product presentations to customers.
6. Assist customers in selecting suitable chemical building materials and provide technical support and solutions.
7. Regularly track customer orders and demands to ensure timely delivery.
8. Actively report sales activities to the company’s sales system.
9. Participate in sales meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge of chemical building materials and sales skills.
10. Collect customer feedback and provide improvement suggestions to meet customer needs.
