Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: To be discussed | Dependability and willingness to WORK SHIFTS if needed
WORK LOCATION: Bulacan | Must be residing in NEARBY provinces and willing to STAY-IN
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational training or technical certifications in machining, metalworking, or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operation
- 1-3 years of experience in a MACHINE SHOP or MANUFACTURING environment
- Experience operating turret punch presses or turret lathes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup (basic G-code knowledge is often beneficial)
- Understanding of metalworking processes, tooling, and materials
- Experience with CNC or manual turret machines, setup, adjustment, and maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy materials (often 50 lbs or more)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Standing for long periods and operating machinery safely
- Attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and adjustments
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members
