Job Description
Job Level: Senior/Managerial
Job Category: Human Resources & Administration (Manufacturing)
Location: Concepcion, Tarlac
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000/month
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
Qualifications:
Male or female with with years of HR experience in manufacturing or dressing plant environments.
Expertise in labor law compliance, payroll management, and employee relations.
Strong leadership skills to oversee HR operations and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy implementation).
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety standards in manufacturing.
Streamline administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
