Job Description
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or vocational training is a plus)
Experience operating busbaring machines or CNC machines (1-3 years preferred)
Familiarity with busbar fabrication, electrical panels, or sheet metal work
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Proficient in machine setup, programming, and operation
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of safety procedures and protocols
Basic computer skills for operating machine software
Precision and attention to detail for accurate cuts and bends
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
CNC machine operation or machining certification
Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
Electrical or mechanical certifications
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
