Job Description
Patrolling and Surveillance: Regularly patrol assigned areas, both inside and outside, to observe and deter potential threats or suspicious activity.
Access Control: Monitor and control access to premises, verifying identification, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Monitoring Surveillance Equipment: Regularly check CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to identify and respond to any security issues or incidents.
Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, security breaches, emergencies, or other incidents, following established protocols.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all incidents, observations, and activities, and prepare reports as required.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations: Enforce company security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Customer Service: Provide a positive and professional demeanor to visitors and staff, answering questions and assisting as needed.
Emergency Response: Assist with evacuations, first aid, and other emergency procedures.
Traffic Control: Direct traffic flow as needed, ensuring safety and security.
Apprehending Trespassers and Perpetrators: Identifying and apprehending trespassers and perpetrators until police arrive.
Scouting Security: Scouting for any security risks or vulnerabilities.
