Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for assisting customers with telecom-related services such as mobile plans, internet, cable, and technical troubleshooting.
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
-At least completed of 2 years in college
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
