Job Description

 Accommodates concerns and inquiries of HR Client partner
 Coordination with DA Team, Coordinator and Client Store Supervisor regarding Incident Report
 Coordination of DOLE complaints
 Accommodates requests / concerns of existing members on the following:
o Payroll
o Government-mandated benefits claims such as SSS, Philhealth & Pag-Ibig
 Answer concerns and inquiries of members
 Provide feedback to the concerned members
 Coordinates with Payroll on the payroll list
 Retrieve and print-out of DTR
 Transmit the DTR picked-up by the Coordinator to the payroll
o Coordinates with Coordinator in Charge members who have not submitted DTR’s
o Identify member movement
 Prepares memos for the following:
o New members/Returnee
o Tagging of ATM
o Holiday Memo
o Memo for Deduction
o Wage Rate
o Summary of filed leave
o Member movement
