Job Description
• Provides support to the employment legal team in resolving complicated work and litigation issues
• Responsible for initial support reviews such as those of provisions for employment, non-compete agreements, and schedules given by the HR
• Follows trends regarding employment law and how it affects the company's operations
• Keeping in touch with internal clients and legal senior management
• Handles assessment for regional or global projects, policies, and compliance
• Provides assistance with Employment Law Programs concerning Global Immigration
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Eligible to practice Philippine Law
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field
• Knowledgeable and capable of working with cross-cultures
• English proficient and has good communication skills
• Fluency with other languages is an advantage
