Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Analysis: Conducting cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgeting processes,
Strategic Planning: Assisting senior management with strategic financial decisions.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Performance Management: Tracking and analyzing financial performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Work Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience in financial management or management accounting.
Certification/License: CPA is a big plus.
Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage
Financial Planning, Performance, and Analytics
Strategic Financial Management
Membership: Membership in the PICPA.
Continuing Education: Ongoing professional education to maintain certification.
Skills:
Proficiency in any accounting software
Advanced knowledge of GAAP/PFRS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present timely management reports and portfolios.
