Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to Hotel reservation or services
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
-At least 2 years in College (more than 60 Units)
-No BPO experience needed
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
