Warehouse Supervisor

1.Responsible in managing workflow.
2. Responsible in training new hires.
3. Creating and managing team schedules.
4. Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
5. Conducts daily Tool Box Meeting.
6. Responsible for the weekly schedule of personnel's assigned to warehouse.
7. Delegates task and work to be done.
8. Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations
9. Planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.
10. Coach the team daily in order that a common goal is focused upon and those business objectives are met consistently.
11. Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
12. Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows.
13. Responsible in conducting a daily rounds at the warehouse.
14. Ensures that all monitoring has been updated in a timely manner.
15. Responsible in assisting Internal/External Auditor’s whenever there is an Audit.
16. Ensures that the area are Audit ready.
17. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
18. Ensure that all special instruction for local/export deliveries have been disseminated to the group.

Qualifications:
1. College Graduate. If College level, must have an outstanding performance and experience on the existing job.
2. Computer literate.
3. With good communication skills.
4. Leadership skills is a must.
5. With experience in warehousing and Logistics especially food handling.
6. Knowledge in Inventory Management and Transport Management System is a must.
7. Willing to work in shifting schedule.
