Job Description

We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing performance, manage data-driven campaigns, and enhance customer experiences across digital channels. You will leverage tools like Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting senior B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, ZoomInfo).
Develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, search).
Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and present insights for optimization.
Drive ABM strategies, personalizing messaging and content for target accounts.
Implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet revenue goals.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or data analytics (B2B).
Certifications required: Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Certified, Demandbase Certified.
Expertise in performance marketing, A/B testing, and ABM strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with U.S. market hours is a plus.
Salary:
₱100,000.00 Monthly
