Automation Test Lead

Location: Makati (Hybrid)
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: 125,000

Qualifications:

-- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
-- Must be amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule
-- Must be amenable to work in Makati City and in a hybrid setup
-- At least 8 years of experience in QA / Test Automation
-- Experience in managing teams through the full Quality Assurance lifecycle, including:
-- Requirements Validation
-- Test Case creation, assessment, and Risk Assessment
-- Estimation, Unit Test review and assessment
-- Component/Assembly Testing, System and Integration Testing
-- Performance Testing and Security Testing
-- Strong experience in API Testing (Manual/Automation)
-- Fully conversant in Quality Assurance and Testing Best Practices
-- Experience in Test Automation and programming with any OOP language
-- Basic knowledge of Test Automation tools (Selenium)
-- Knowledge in Postman, ReadyAPI, or Karate DSL
-- Experience in the card payment processing industry is an advantage
-- ISTQB certification is an advantage
-- Experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC is an advantage
-- Experience programming in Java
-- Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave, Serenity, etc.)
-- Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot

Duties & Responsibilities:

-- Define and implement the role of testing within the organizational structure
-- Define the scope of testing within each release/delivery
-- Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework
-- Implement and evolve testing measurements and metrics for:
-- The product under test
-- The testing team
-- Plan, deploy, and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release
-- Manage and grow testing assets, including:
-- Team Members
-- Testing Tools
-- Testing Processes
