Customer Technology Advisor

Location: Makati, Hybrid work setup
Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM (dependent on the client)
Salary: 300-350K

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience
-- At least 7+ years of experience in designing Application Services and solutions covering Application Modernization & Migration, Application Observability, Application Maintenance & Support, Application Engineering including Development, Testing & Release Management
-- Extensive knowledge of major application domains including Mainframe Application, Custom Applications, Automation tools & ERP applications
-- Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) processes and tools covering Strategy, Design, Assessment, and Services across Application Engineering and Application Operations
-- Strong understanding of various application technologies (ERP, CRM, Mainframe, DBMS, Web Technologies, Cloud Platforms, Integration & Middleware, BI & Analytics, CMS, Custom Development, Mobile App Platforms, Automation, DevSecOps & Emerging Technologies)
-- Proven track record of designing value-oriented and competitive solutions driving superior experience, cost optimization, and differentiation
-- Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
-- Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
-- Prior consultative selling experience
-- Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including Application Data and AI
-- Knowledge of multiple industries and their specific application management challenges (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector & Telecom)

Preferred Skills and Experience
-- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
-- 10-12 years of experience (minimum) selling technical services for multi-industry customers
