Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend skills to join our project team, to help develop a comprehensive platform that centralizes the management of clients, subcontractors, jobs, projects, equipment, suppliers, and system settings.
Technologies: React with TypeScript (frontend), Node.js with TypeScript (backend), PostgreSQL (database), AWS (hosting)
Must Have Skills (Hands-on commercial experience)
Core Skills: Advanced React development, TypeScript expertise, responsive UI implementation, state management, frontend performance optimization
Technical Experience:
4+ years of experience with React
Strong TypeScript expertise
Frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
CSS and UI component libraries (preferably Tailwind CSS)
Experience with RESTful API integration
Node.js development
Git version control
Required Tools: Modern frontend build tools, Git, UI testing frameworks, Frontend performance monitoring tools
Nice To Have Skills (Hands-on commercial experience)
Additional Skills:
Next.js experience
Experience with Tailwind UI components
Firebase Firestore implementation
Authentication systems (OAuth, JWT)
Frontend accessibility implementation
GraphQL
Planned Technical Changes: We're implementing a new UI using Tailwind UI components, so experience with component libraries and design systems is valuable.
Advantageous Knowledge: Experience with dashboard interfaces, data visualization, form validation, and complex user workflows
Specific Industry Experience
Necessity: Industry experience is not required
Helpful Knowledge: Experience developing B2B applications, particularly those involving project management, inventory systems, or contractor management would be beneficial but not essential
Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior level with 5+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years focused on frontend development
Formal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required if compensated by equivalent experience
Transferable Skills: We're open to candidates with strong frontend skills who can demonstrate the ability to work on backend systems as needed
