Job Description
Location: Silang, Cavite
Work Schedule: 5-Day Compressed Work Week (Mondays to Fridays, 9.5 hours per day)
Salary Range: PHP 16,500 – 18,000
Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding—ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
This position is critical to supporting business growth and operations as we continue to expand. The current Recruitment Officer role will be vacated on April 4, emphasizing the need for a seamless transition and strengthened recruitment strategies.
Job Scope:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interviews.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
2. Candidate Assessment and Selection
Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Ensure candidates meet job qualifications and company culture fit.
Facilitate job offers, negotiations, and contract signing.
3. Workforce Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Maintain an updated manpower database and track open positions.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
4. Documentation
Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Ensure complete, accurate, and organized 201 files for employee records.
Update and maintain the employee master list, ensuring data accuracy.
5. Employer Branding and Engagement
Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and partnerships with schools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
