Job Description
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Job Scope:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media,
networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Candidate Assessment and Selection
Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Ensure that candidates meet job qualifications and company culture fit.
Facilitate job offers, negotiations, and contract signing.
3. Workforce Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce
requirements.
Maintain an updated and accurate manpower database and track open job positions.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
4. Documentation
Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of 201 files, keeping employee records complete,
updated, and properly organized.
Update and maintain the employee masterlist, ensuring all information is accurate
and up to date.
5. Employer Branding and Engagement
Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
Represent the company in job fairs, career events, and partnerships with schools.
