Job Description:
• Complete final CBP
• Upload container movements to SAP
• Agent vessel data to GSC
• Prepare agent vessel data in SAP GUI and update commodity codes
• Sending transshipment data email
• Saving freight manifest files (bill copies, freight manifest PDFs and generate xml files).
• Validate discharge list in SAP
• Publish discharge list in SAP
• Generate import manifest in SAP
• Complete cargo readiness in SAP
• Transshipment report for T/S desk
• Prepare data to upload bayplan in SAP
• Prepare load list in SAP
• Reconciliation in SAP after departure
• Update sailing schedules – weekly
