Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with their online hotel reservations, ensuring a smooth booking process.
-Provide customer service. Address inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
-Work with team members to improve the customer experience. Also, help the Online Hotel Reservations account succeed.
Needed Qualifications:
-Lateral
-K 12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
-The potential Agent will need to be sales & customer experience-focused.
-Willing to work On-site
-Willing to work on a Shifting schedule
