Your Key Responsibilities :

-Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions.
-Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
-Document customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications :

-High school graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS graduate.
-At least one month of BPO experience.
-Good communication skills.
-Willing to work On-site
-Willing to work on Shifting schedule
