Job Description
Professionally interact with customers and address their specific requests based on process rules.
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing their needs with empathy.
Qualifications:
Old Curriculum: At least High School Graduate or University Degree (preference)
New Curriculum: K12 Graduate
Preferred: IT or any computer-related courses
At least 6 months phone Call Center Experience (VOICE ONLY), highly preferred W/ 1 YR VOICE CCE
Telco or Financial account experience, highly preferred
Available to start ASAP
