Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and complaints.
Provide accurate information and solutions based on company policies.

Ensure a positive customer experience and meet performance metrics.

Job Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
No prior call center experience needed – we provide training!
