Job Description
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management processes
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate monthly reports
- Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
- Process purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper inventory control
- Conduct supplier accreditation and maintain records of accredited suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Financial Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Procurement and Inventory Management
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
NOTE: Salary will depend on experience.
