Job Description

•At least 1 year of experience in administrative function
•Skills ; Mall Operation Administrative functions, Mall management
•Technical skills: Microsoft Office, SAP system
•Prepare payment request forms, validate suppliers and contractors billing
•Perform and support in clerical duties such as photocopying, printing and scanning of documents
•Answer phone calls transfer callers to the appropriate party
•Routing and Monitoring of documents for leasing,
•Monitoring and recording of GH Mall Operations
•Arrange meetings and send invites, prepare minutes of the meeting
•Prepare and plot monthly schedule of Mall Operations
Salary:
