Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
SALARY RANGE: Negotiable from ₱30,000 to 35,000
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Management
- Seasoned professional with significant experience and hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing
- Must have a good understanding of market dynamics, growth opportunities and potential pitfalls in the market
- Must have experience in strategic planning and execution; planning market strategies, advertising campaigns, and knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations, contracting and negotiations
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills
- Knows how to speak Mandarin and English
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, proactive personality
- Ability to interface with partners and leverage on internal research resources
- Motivated, sales-minded and able to close business opportunities
- Understands customer requirements with passion to grow and develop the business
- Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, wordprocessing, spreadsheet software, power point
