Job Description
• With a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
•Willing to work on a Start Up Company
•At least 2 years of supervisory experience
•Preferably CPA, but not required
•Must be fluent in English
•Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems
•Knowledgeable in BIR Regulations
•Knowledgeable in all accounting aspects from AP, Disbursement, Payroll, Taxation, and Budgeting.
•Strong supervisory skills
Job Description:
-Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
-Prepare forecast revenues and budget reports.
-Appoint and train new accounting employees.
-Prepare monthly and annual accounting reports.
-Carry out the annual audit by giving information and answers to auditors.
-Check the progress of accounting and financial objectives.
-Make policies and procedures to support the company’s targets.
-Keep sensitive and important information confidential and ensure financial security.
