Job Description

Job Title: Finance Officer
Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Manager
Manpower Needed: 2
NOTE: Salary is Negotiable
Work Schedule is Shifting total of 12 hours Duty with OT

Job Purpose
The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring financial compliance, risk management, and efficient financial operations. This role involves tax management, payroll processing, stakeholder coordination, and cash flow management to support the company’s financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
2. Payroll & Employee Compensation
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
Ensure correct calculation and remittance of employee benefits and deductions.
Maintain employee financial records securely.
3. Liaison with Stakeholders
Work closely with suppliers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Negotiate financial terms with vendors and service providers.
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance (preferred but not required).
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is recommended but not required.

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership abilities with the capacity to manage financial operations effectively.
Additional Preferences:
Preferably residing in provinces and willing to stay in company-provided lodging.
