Graphic Designer (Work From Home - Philippines)

Sizanid HR Inc. is looking for a versatile and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

You'll play a key role in shaping our brand image and communicating our message through visually compelling designs and engaging animations.



Responsibilities:

Design a variety of marketing materials: Posters, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and other digital assets.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines: Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms.

Design company merchandise: T-shirts, mugs, hats, and other promotional items.

Create engaging training videos: Develop 2D animated explainer videos and tutorials for internal use and online platforms.

Produce short animated promotional videos: Craft eye-catching visuals to showcase our products and services.

Work closely with the marketing and communications teams: Collaborate on creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices: Continuously learn and refine your skills, particularly in animation and video production.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Animation, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on animation and video production.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva).

Experience in creating 2D animated explainer videos and promotional content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio demonstrating a strong visual aesthetic, versatility in design styles, and animation expertise.

Passion for creating impactful and engaging visuals.
