Job Description
Join as a Call Center Agent and be the first point of contact for customers. Handle
inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive

Qualifications:
• High school diploma (college preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
