Position Overview:
As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring sound financial controls, robust reporting, and strategic financial insights that drive business growth. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring long-term financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across all areas of the business.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Implement and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and systems in accordance with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
Analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditures to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable growth.
Work cross-functionally with department heads to foster financial accountability and discipline across the organization.
Prepare and deliver financial reports to the leadership team, highlighting insights on profitability, cost management, and opportunities for optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, nurturing a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role (e.g., Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller) within distribution, logistics, or supply chain industries.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or a strong ability to work within structured systems and processes.
Demonstrated ability to drive financial planning and analysis in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to navigate a dynamic, evolving business landscape.

Job Qualifications:
Highly Experienced and Operationally Oriented: Proven leadership in managing teams across multiple functions.
Experience working within retail, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries is preferred.
