Job Description
Professionally interact with customers and address their specific requests based on process rules.
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing their needs with empathy.
Qualifications:
Completed 2nd year college
Preferred: IT or any computer-related courses
Min of 6 months experience - not necessarily tech background
If No Call Center Experience - Should be hiring candidates that, have IT related course / or someone that is tech savvy/ strong comm skills
Good to excellent English communication skills
Available to start ASAP
