Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to real estate management.
Configure, implement and maintain the SAP RE-FX module.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Facilitate and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementations.
Solid understanding of real estate business processes and practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX module configuration and implementation.
Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
Proficiency in creating detailed functional documentation.
Preferred:
SAP RE-FX certification.
Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
