Job Description
Patient Engagement & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families, addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Inform patients on available services, care plans, and health management resources.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and identify any additional support needs.
Coordinate in-home healthcare services by liaising with the Clinical Team for service delivery and Finance for Billing.
Monitor patient feedback and escalate concerns or suggestions for service improvements.
Sales & Business Development
Identify opportunities to promote in-home healthcare services and recommend suitable solutions to patients and caregivers.
Follow up with prospective patients, referrals, and inquiries to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and professional/community organizations to generate patient referrals.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase patient acquisition and retention
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of Commerce, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field
Work experience: Minimum 1 year experience as Admin or Sales Representative in the Healthcare Industry
Empathy & Compassion: Ability to connect with patients while balancing business needs.
Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to identify patient needs and promote relevant services.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to convey information effectively.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to anticipate patient concerns and offer solutions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and health beliefs.
