Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agents to handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Work on-site at our Bridgetowne location and enjoy a competitive salary of up to 37K plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Ensure efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Use client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
Provide exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
Qualifications:
College graduate
At least 1 year of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne.
