Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervise the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely calculation and distribution of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements related to payroll processing.
Accounting & Record Keeping: Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and oversee the issuance and reconciliation of invoices. Verify and process financial documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure reports adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements.
Tax Compliance: Oversee tax computations, filings, and payments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Liaise with external agencies and address tax-related inquiries.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with management in creating budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial discrepancies, trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with external and internal auditors during financial and operational audits. Provide accurate documentation and resolve audit queries on
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial systems and workflows. Implement policies and strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of government transactions, BIR compliance, and payroll processes.
Excellent understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
