Job Description
Handle banking-related inquiries and concerns
Provide exceptional service to high-priority clients
Adhere to banking protocols and policies
Requirements:
High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High Graduate
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
NBI clearance and SSS number needed before training
Willing to work on shifting schedules
