Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSR) – Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with Australian customers, promote telecom products and services, and provide tailored solutions based on their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and proactively promote telecom products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Persuade and influence customers to make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service
Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
• Minimum six (6) months of sales experience in any industry
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
