Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workforce Management (WFM) Planning Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on monitoring and optimizing workforce performance to ensure staffing levels align with operational demands. You will utilize data analysis, forecasting, and scheduling to enhance efficiency and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage workforce data to forecast staffing needs.
Develop and maintain schedules that align with business requirements.
Monitor real-time performance and make necessary adjustments to meet service levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure workforce efficiency and adherence to targets.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Generate and present reports on workforce performance and staffing levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct WFM assessments and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in Workforce Management (WFM) is required.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in WFM software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Ability to generate and interpret data reports to support decision-making.
