Job Description
● 10+ years of professional development with quality assurance test tools and testing frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
● 3 - 5 years experience in Managerial role
● Extensive experience in managing test automation design and development processes
● Solid experience writing tests from software requirements
● Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple test executions while delivering results in a timely manner
● Familiarity with Jira and Jira plugins for Test Management.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Responsibilities:
● Define and develop processes, tools, and technology to enable a fully automated test environment
● Review software requirements and develop test plans and test scripts for various testing phases
● Interface with our Product team to provide engineering insight into product roadmaps
● Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage quality of the deliverables
Other Details:
● Salary Budget: Php240,000/month gross monthly
● Shift Schedule:9am - 6pm
● Work Setup: Work From home
● Benefits: HMO+ 3 Dependents upon joining
20 SL + 20VL (accrued monthly)
Required to report at Paseo De Roxas, Makati City Office once or twice a year
